Bio

Giving Help & Support to children and grown-ups with ADHD or ADD, giving advice and information to concerned Parents and Guardians. This group is based on my own first hand knowledge of ADD and ADHD as I have had it for 19 Years of my life. Most experts know less than I do on behavioural problems, they think diet can solve all problems with ADHD / ADD but it doesn't. Please feel free to ask me anything you want on ADHD /ADHD and I will try my best to give you an answer on your question.
